Releasing Negativity for a Peaceful, Joyful Life
I want to share something personal: how I deal with negative emotions that weigh me down. You know the ones—stress, frustration, avoidance, and feeling closed off. When these emotions hit, they can really take a toll. But I’ve found that by tuning into my body and taking a few simple steps, I can release them.

Pause and observe your thoughts without trying to change them.
Show kindness to yourself—feeling this way is part of being human.
