Holiday Meditation

We all need to take time to nourish our thoughts and hearts. This is a simple 5-minute guided meditation to allow you to center your thoughts on gratitude towards yourself and see the beauty in everything you do.

All you need to do is allow 5 minutes of time and find a comfortable place to sit before you start the video.
My heart and desire is to encourage you to be true to yourself and be you without comparing yourself to others. The first step is to take time to nourish your soul so you can live confidently in who you were created to be.

Take time to set an Intention: To see the beauty in everything you do today, knowing you are worthy and loved.

Take time to:

  • Be Thankful

  • Set a Positive Mindset

  • Living in the present moment

  • Being Thoughtful in my decisions and words

  • Being helpful in the area every

  • Being happy just being me and who I was created to be

Isaiah 9:6 β€œFor a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on His shoulders. And he will be called, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

  • Pick an attribute of God that you need in your life today: is it a Wonderful Counselor to give you the wisdom you need, a Mighty God to show up in a situation that seems impossible, an Everlasting Father to wrap His arms around you, or a Prince of Peace to bring peaceful situations no matter what your circumstances are.

Take a few moments to express gratitude. Remember to see the beauty in all you do today, knowing you are worthy and valuable.
