1 c. warm water with 1/2 of a lemon juiced with a pinch of zest. You can drink this warm or cold - whatever your preference is.
Blend lemons with the peels: cut the lemons into pieces, add to the blender with some water, blend till smooth, freeze in ice cube trays. Toss into your water or in a smoothie.
Add mint, a little honey, and turmeric to your lemon water.
My challenge is to start with a simple healthy habit like starting your day with a glass of lemon water and continue to hydrate throughout the day. Be intentional, think positively about health and be consistent everyday. You won’t be sorry for making these choices and eventually you can include other healthy habits in your lifestyle.
