We all struggle with negative thoughts that zap energy from us. We rehearse thoughts in our minds that weigh us down.

How do we release these negative thoughts that weekend us and choose positive thoughts that bring life, health, and strength to your journey, so we can live our best life possible?

It’s about the: MIND - HEART - ACTION

  1. Be aware of your thoughts! (Mind)

  2. Pay attention to how your thoughts are affecting your attitude (Heart)

  3. Release - take moments to sit in stillness. Even if it just a few seconds, give yourself time to release what you are thinking. (Action)

  4. Replace what is weighing you down with a positive word. Every time that negative situation or thought comes - repeat that word in your mind to help you to be aware that you are no longer going to allow worry, frustration, anxiety, hurt, disappointment consume your mind, thoughts & energy. (Action)

Don’t let your thoughts consume you - You take charge of what you are thinking!

You might think this sounds too simplistic but these steps have helped me overcome hurts & negative thoughts that I have struggled with. BUT, you have to be patient. It is a process and takes time. Just continue to repeat these steps as many times as you need. If it is a deep hurt or thought pattern you’ve struggled with for a long period of time, don’t get discouraged because over time the thought or negative situation is truly released and won’t consume you!
